Rumour Launch Event - Tue 3 April
We’ve secured some of the hottest new talent on the urban poetry scene to perform at the Rumour Launch event on Tuesday 3 April, following the performance of Kate Tempest’s lyrically ferocious new play, Wasted.
Dean Stalham will be bringing a group of Art Saves Lives poets to perform at the event. Tearing up the stage with their urban performance poetry will be:
Claudine Franks
Josh Morris aka Jah Roo Salem
PartOne Artist
Sh’maya
Plus a special guest appearance by well-known actor Dudley Sutton, who recently took on Kate Tempest in a poetry battle, live on Resonance FM.
Tickets to Wasted are £12.50 or just £5 for Rumour Members (a free scheme for 16-25s) and include free entry to the launch event.
You can sign up to Rumour here and buy your £5 tickets by calling the Box Office on 01923 225671, or you can sign up on the door (please arrive at 7:00pm)
