The Creative Learning and Participation department offers unique opportunities for people young and old to engage with creative arts and get involved in the work of their local theatre.

We run the Palace Youth Theatre, a series of theatre projects for young people which take place throughout the year.  We also run Hertfordshire County Youth Theatre in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council. 

Every year, we tour a production to schools and run ongoing workshops for students, teachers and schools.

We have ongoing projects working with both young people and adults including Milestones and Palace Theatre Remembers as well as our ongoing Writing Workshops.
